I watched the mini-documentary on the making of Who’s Next, part of the “Classic Albums” series. They play Townsend’s demos and they are incredible. It’s worth watching for the look on Daltrey’s and Townsend’s faces when they play back the studio tapes and solo Keith Moon’s drums. 99 percent of bass and drums for the second Unremarkable People full-length is done. The record is going to be 10 songs; 9 are basically 2 minutes or less, 1 is about 4 minutes.
